Friday night we will be getting there, sign-ins, setting up camp and then meets-n-greets. In the spirit of last year we'll be having "midnight mods" where we bust out the flashlights and start installing the stuff you never got around to before you left home.
Saturday will be a full day of wheeling in the beautiful mountains of Virginia. The challenges will vary by skill level. We will be breaking into multiple groups and going to various trails for different levels of comfort. There should be something for all but the most hardcore of drivers.
Saturday Night will be the main event. We'll be hosting a VAXC Burger Bar and "Bring Your Wildest" Chili cookoff. We'll be enjoying some accoustic grooves by members of our very own Crooked Crow, as well as a raffle for some great prizes and contests for various awards.
Sunday will be a late morning ride as Saturday night is sure to be a late one. After this will be departures and memories for the road.
This event will be held in the George Washington National Forest just out side of Harrisonburg VA. We will be posting various meeting times as the event gets closer. The main meeting point is the Sheetz gas station on Route 33 in Harrisonburg.
There is a 25 dollar sign up fee for non-sponsors to help cover expenses.
More details are avialable at www.vaxc.org. Come out and have some fun!
