Basic Order Questions

 

How can I order?

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Orders can be placed via phone Monday through Friday from 11 am to 7 pm EST or they can be placed via fax.

How can I track the status of my order?

The status of orders can be tracked online.  If there are questions about your order, you can send an email to 'Order Status'or you can call into the office from Monday through Friday   11am to 7pm EST.

What if I need to change my order?

Orders can be changed by calling into the office or by sending an email to 'Change Order'  We will do the best that we can to make changes to an order, but if the order has processed or shipped it may not be possible to change the products on the order.  Some items are special order items and these items, if already on order, may not be changed.

What if I need to cancel my order?

All orders that are placed are processed it a timely manner, as such it may not be possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Be sure that you want to order before completing an order either online, over the phone, or via fax.  If you wish to cancel you may email your request to volrick@4x4parts.com with “Cancel My Order” in the subject line; however, if your order has already been processed, ordered, manufactured, or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel your order.  Any orders that are cancelled are subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee.
