My speedo is not working at all and when it gets warm in the cab the tack isn't working right either. 1994 hardbody 3.0 / 4x4 might it be the ECM?

Mine is electric, and I wish it was a cable.

Not easily... unfortunately there are several problems with the gauge clusters in the 94's... usually starts out with gauges actin funny, and tach dying but usually ends with spedo sticking or failing... unfortunately last i heard the only fix was to replace the gauge cluster which is ungodly expensive thru the dealership and not all that much cheeper thru the junkyards... unfortunately unless you luck out and have a damaged wire somewhere or a failed speed sensor, you're up against a somewhat substantial expendature..

I think I still have a spare good working cluster that I can sell if you get stuck.
