1998 pathfinder 245/75/16 Bridgestone Dueler, stock suspension, 4" back spacing. You could probly fit a 265 but I already had rubbing and minor trimming was necessary

How are you liking your tires? I beleive I was the one who sold you them, I was installing my new lift kit on my 1999.5 pathfinder LE the night you picked them up at my house, the blue one with all the SUV's in the driveway..... Just a observation and thought I would say hi, and ask how you like them. It's a small world.

small world indeed. The tires are working out great, they had a lot more tread then I envisioned and they fit great(with minor liner trimming). Good price and smooth transaction. thanks a lot. Do you go wheeling a lot? all my friends from home back in CT offroad a lot but there isn't many people around here that I know who like to go wheeling.

Yeah they rubbed quite a bit when I got them too, I didn't have to trim though I just took a heat gun and a rubber mallet and beat the inner fenders in enough to stop rubbing. I try to go wheeling as much as possible, there are some good trails here in NH and ME and I am actually going to this place called Hebo in Maine where they hold the mud races this Sunday with a couple of friends who wheel to have some fun. I would say you could come but you live about a hour+- away from me. If you feel like driving one day and testing out your rig let me know. Some of the stuff you won't be able to do unless you have a lifted rig or feel like beating on yours for a little bit. Those tires are great for mild offroading, I never got stuck with them; I just upgraded to Goodyear 31x10.5x15 mud terrains on american outlaw rims with a negative 4.5" offset so they stick out a bit and give it a wider more aggressive stance; I would say learn the abilities of your rig and always go with a tow strap or a friend who has a winch because you never know. Either way I have your number and you have mine, hit me up sometime if you wan to go wheeling.

i have a 2002 and I fit 265/75/16 bfgoodrich M/T on stock suspension. Well I also have 16x8 wheel with 4.5" backspacing. The tire is not even close to the strut I still have like 2-3 inches to the strut but that probally because I have so much postive camber. I have about 1 degree postive on both sides. I took the inner wheel lining out and the front mud flaps off and cut a very small piece off the front bumper so they will not rub. Then I put the 2" lift on and it looks like I can clear 285/75/16. The lift raised the rear like 4 inches or I guess it looks this way because the stock springs were saggin. So the people who rub with smaller tires might want to consider removing the inner lining and mud flaps.

If you use stock wheels, they will fit fine. I put a set of 31x10.50 15 Firestone Destination AT's on a friend's 99 Pathy a couple months ago. They fit just fine with his stock aluminum wheels. He has commented that he has some minor rub on some plastic on full lock turns, but nothing damaging.
