this is just an FYI for the guy who have asked this be for. I have one of these in my 81 that has been sas'ed as well as an sbc pushing just south of HP. Anyway I was hanking some stumps out of the yard. I shattered hard parts in the tranny with no issues to the tcase.

The TX-10?

It's chain driven and cast aluminum so it really isn't that strong but it'll take some abuse.

The TX-10 found in the early 80's 720 was a gear driven unit. One of those wonderful confusions of different units with the same name.
